Hosts are very friendly but maybe a little too nitpicky about how they would like thier rooms and policies treated but Arp and his wife are salt of the earth. Grouds are lovely with meticulously maintained gardens docks etc. Cabins are a bit too basic We live rustic but this was without the charm. Very plain vynyl floors and paneling....
