Where to start?! Alright lets start with the price. $90 a night in the off season for a cottage in complete disrepair. First impression old, dingy and smelly something I would get over and deal with but not for $90 a night. The price should have been $30. Next nothing had been cleaned! I mean nothing. Max Braes has replaced most of old cottages with private condos, leaving a few old 4-plex 40's like motel rooms in a "cottage" with sitting room: thin walls (luckily our neighbors went to bed and got up at the same time we did), stained carpeting, old bath fixtures, etc. We could not wait to get out of there!
