Very clean room, the staff was excellent. The rooms are a bit outdated and are in need of a makeover, carpet in our room was thread bare in some places. Nice hotel located near the downtown area. Just right for our trip for the marathon weekend. For the money you can't beat the place. The staff was very friendly and took cary of any of our needs. The restaurant is now closed but the lounge was open. Smoking allowed in the lounge but was not too bad.

We went over the Memorial Weekend. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. Although the fan in the bathroom didn't work. But that didn't bother us. If you're spending time in Williamson, WV the Sycamore Inn is clean, has a free continental breakfast and a full-service restaurant. The staff is friendly. This is not a national chain but it is a value.
