Room keys had to be re programmed several times and then replaced. Telephone system inoperatable and the staff seemed not to care and repairs took hours. Hallways were plugged with previous nights dishes, trays and empties at our check in time of 5pm. Staff finally got around to it. More of a care less attitude than anything else.

We stayed at this hotel last week. The staff there is just wonderful. They very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is new and the location is fairly easy to get to although it is off of either Route 68 or 79. It's worth a few extra minutes of driving.

First time staying at this property but would do so again if in the area. Location is a bit off the highway but the location in a new upscale shopping development is a plus. I try to stay at Hilton Garden Hotels whenever possible. From experience, these hotels always been pleasant. The Hilton Garden in Morgantown was no exception. I stayed for one night at this hotel.The place was fantastic and people courteous!The rooms were clean and tidy and food was good too.I was there for a business visit. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place.
