Clean, comfortable, friendly. Room (with double bed) was small but equipped with mini-refrigerator and microwave. Desk chair needed repair (joint connecting seat to chair's back was loose); reported it and was later told, unexpectedly, that I would receive a 10 percent discount on my room rate. We have stayed here several times. The staff, location, breakfast, and room are great. We always get a good nights sleep. Recently the management left dog biscuits for our two dogs. Parking is good and there is a grassy area for dogs.

Visited my daughter at WVU. This was the by far the lowest price. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff. I was pleasantly suprised. We actually stayed at this hotel twice. Only downside is that it is a very hilly ride to WVU campus.
