Friendly and fun staff which is nice to have on an extended stay. Convenient bar/restaurant in the lobby. Large rooms. Located amongst many restaurants and stores. Delicious free cookies in the lobby.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and the resturant was great. The heating/cooling system was extremely quiet which is a big concern for me to get a good nights sleep. The fitness faciltiy was great and the Wifi was easy to connect to from my room. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there in the future.

We always stay at the HGI when in Clarksburg. In my opinion, it is the nicest place to stay. The staff is always friendly and wanting to please. I have stayed and eaten in this location 50plus times and over the past several months they have gotten alot of new people in the dining room and front desk.....they don;t smile they don't have authority making decision or posed with a problem...they are not outgoing and are afraid to make decisions or even apologize one of the chefs there... Great hotel for a stay while travelling on I-79. Comfortable & clean. Close to shopping/food and easy on/off the highway. My room had a fast food restaurant outside the window, at the back, on the third floor, so the signs/parking lot lights lit up my room.
