The staff at this hotel is wonderful. Rooms were cleaned perfectly and customer service was excellent. I had a problem with the door key which they took care of. Location of the hotel is perfect. There are restaurants, gas stations and stores surrounding the hotel(actually in walking distance).

The property seems a little dated by they're painting and sprucing it up a bit. The lobby was nice - fresh cookies and popcorn each night are a plus. Breakfast looked tasty although I didn't have it. Good location for Little River Gorge. Hotel has friendly staff. Small rooms and the entire hotel smells like an ashtray (but that's probably true at all the hotels in Beckley). Good location for Little River Gorge. Hotel has friendly staff. Very clean, large room. Large bathroom. They were on ball with phone in reservation of same day. Breakfast was acceptable. Plan to return.

We wanted a place that was easy to access from the highway and had a free breakfast, so of course, Hampton Inn came to mind. We were not disappointed. Heavy doors which slam, there is no way to quietly close. It begins around 6:00 am. Included breakfast was average. If you want to get up early and hit the road, this is a good place, because you won't be able to sleep anyway.

The hotel is newly furnished. Hotel staff went above-and-beyond in being helpful, efficient, and friendly. Very convenient location, just off the interstate, and near several restaurants, gas stations, miniature golf.

Things were clean and neat but older. Breakfast was okay. The beds were comfortable and spacious. We needed a place for just one night on our travel between states. It was too late to use the pool and relax, but it looked nice.
