I visit Yakima several times a year and always stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, solid wi-fi, and close to town. And the price is right. Thumbs up for me!!

This is a remodeled and updated facility with pleasant staff, and is overall very clean. I stayed downstairs for two nights. The entire facility is well maintained and very clean. Stayed for 1 night passing through. Pillows wee a little flat and hard for my licking but that's just me.

We chose the Guesthouse Inn because when searching for a room they were the only ones with a room available on such short notice. The funny thing is we got the best room! The price is reasonable, breakfast in the morning is a huge plus and rooms could not have been cleaner! WE will definately be staying again. FYI outside... More

the Guesthouse Inn was a great place to stay. Super cheap in a great location.Room was very nice and most importantly,very clean.had a tv,fridge,and microwave and free wireless.staff was very nice.the hotel overbooked the queen bed rooms and bumped us to a king size bed at no cost.would definitely go back :)
