The place was beautiful, but attempting to have a drink with ice was the first thing I did once I got unpacked. Well, the brown ice blew it for me. My whole impression was that maintenance/cleanliness was not a main priority for the hotel.

The staff is what makes this an excellent property. Although there is limited food options nearby, the staff will drive you anywhere within 5 miles. The Homewood Suites at Tukwila provides excellent value. The free transportation around town and airport, complimentary breakfast, manager specials and service from staff is terrific. Also nice is location, free parking and free internet service, no elevators though. This is definitely a place to recommend to friends when visiting Seattle. An A plus experience!

while I would recommend this to others, I would also recommend clarify to make sure you understand what you are getting if you deal with the call center and/or take advantage of the pre-pay discount. The staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly and helped with each request we made (Wii hookup, and dvd player)

The Homewood Suites are comfortable and roomy and clean. There is a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. We did not partake of the evening meal. The staff was friendly and checked to see if we needed anything after we checked in. It was like having a second home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this lodging facility...food was good, service was unbelievable, and the bed was heavenly! Thank you to the staff for making my stay so great....after a very busy day with appointments and a long drive....this was a most welcome oasis in the middle of a city!
