The place is nice and neat. The apartment we stayed is well decorated with paintings and sculptures. Decent decor. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, making it very convenient to cook. The bathroom is very comfortable, with high-quality towels and toiletries. This place is quite close to downtown. Many facilities are within walking distance. We actually walked to the nearby... Thank you! It was our complete pleasure to help with this weekend stay and event--a very charming baby shower for a friend at distance. Your communications were perfect and that made it easy for us to do as asked--which is our goal! (Notably, you used the same unit described as "just okay" in a previous post and did not find... More

I wrote a review back in 2010 of my stay at the Odell House property, and since then I've visited several more times and stayed in nearly every unit that is available. It continues to be a pleasant, tidy, and well-maintained place for either long or short term visits (my stays have ranged in length between a week and a... More

We stayed in Apartment C for a week. From reading past reviews, we had high expectations and were disappointed. The positives: great location and Dale was good to work with. The negatives: the kitchen wasn't very clean (utensils were dirty, freezer had a package of ripped open elk meat and the coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned out... More

While it is always hard to get a "less than perfect" review we try to listen very carefully to our guests--both when they are here and after the fact. This family with children stayed in an apartment we have designated for such use--ground floor, with crib and high chair available, and an effort at not too many fussy or breakable... More

The Odell House is an interesting place to stay. The decoration of my unit was like the 1900’s I felt like I was staying inside an antique shop. The furniture and the decoration were very unique. I had my own little kitchen and my bathroom I had everything I needed. I could make a big meal with all the pans... More

The Odell is in a neighborhood full of old Mansions - so charming! We rented two units, and enjoyed them immensely. The units are spacious and have a lot of character. The unit for my son and grandson had a large bed for my son and a charming single bed that was perfect for my grandson. My unit was amazingly... More

The Odell House is an excellent place to stay in Spokane. Situated in a historic district the Odell House is an excellent example of the genteel houses found here. The rooms are very comfortable and very well appointed. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the hosts are helpful and extremely courteous. It is centrally located, near downtown, shopping, and... More

Location is great, service is great, atmosphere is great! When traveling on business, I have stayed at the Odell House on numerous occasions over the last few years. Recently I did an extended stay there. The quiet street and turn of the century neighborhood is the perfect setting for this grand beautifully kept up home. I prefer the B and... More

I stayed for three nights with the Odell house and was very happy with the experience. It's located in a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance of an art museum and other classic houses. The apartment was spotless and the decor was very well chosen. Many antiques and a cozy atmosphere make this place much better than a generic hotel.... More

I stayed at the Odell House mid-week on business and was impressed by the service and ability to deal with "different" problems. Mine for instance was no rental cars available last moment in Spokane due to some convention. The staff arranged a driver for me! Inside the unit (which was lovely, immaculately clean and very comfortable) I was greeted by... More
