This was my first experience at an Oxford Suite and I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were clean, beds nicely made, no dust on horizontal surfaces and quite dark when the drapes were closed. Beautiful room with balcony and view of the river, exceeded every expectation. Lovely, very clean room with great bedding. The manager's reception was very nice as was the breakfast. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We tried to book again 10 days later just prior to our departure but the hotel was full - we can certainly understand why!!

The pillows were too thick. I am not a pillow perfectionist, but these pillows were square and thick and hard.
