This hotel does have good things about it. Despite there was a construction on the lobby, the hotel was good and little noise coming from the plane landing. “Average hotel, poor shuttle service”

We stayed April 29th and took advantage of a park and fly package. We found the hotel to be adequate for one night, but noisy. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Transportation from airport to hotel and return is great. The will also stop at the lightrail station which is good to get yourself to downtown Seattle. The rooms in the front of the hotel have a lot of noise from the main road.

The stay this time was just as wonderful as our first visit 2 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were always available and made getting to from the airport and the light rail stations very easy. The dining staff were great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Found this hotel using Google and was sooo glad I did! Easy check-in. Helpful staff - they arranged the cruiseport shuttle for us. Great breakfast. Parking in gated lot right behind the hotel for 7 days

We stayed here for one night on our way to Disneyland. “An Easy Hotel to Cross Off Your List”

I won't stay at this Best Western again. It's an older property, and as such, it struggles. The first unforgivable item is that the shower can't keep a consistent temperature.
