I was a little disappointed that the description on hotels.com indicated that the hotel would provide airport transportation for a fee. This was not the case. The good: Woman at front desk was quite nice and accomodating when I asked to change rooms... The bad: I changed rooms because I felt very allergic in first room and it smelled I am only allergic to cats When the room was changed I was moved to a room where a jackhammer was so loud in the adjacent parking... Really friendly service! Nice quiet place and very affordable. Ttayed here for half a week and I have no complaints at all :) Food is very convenient, theres a Dennys near by and a Subway. and a bar too!

The friendly staff was able to quickly accommodate us last summer. My friends from out of town and I were looking for a place to stay that was both affordable and close to Seattle. This hotel was close enough to downtown Seattle to get there easily. The staff were friendly and we had no problems at all. I would stay here again. The price was reasonable. Rooms were a bit old and smelled of bleach when we first arrived, but this told me at least it was clean.

After many tries at getting a room at other near by hotels at the last minute, this one helped me the most. The workers knew what they were doing and made everything hassle free. Courteous on the phone and gave me really good instructions on getting there.
