“could be better”

The room is nice. The "free" breakfast is horrible. The food at the bar is good. The bartender leaves a lot to be desired, not friendly at all. My reservation was screwed up by the front desk staff, no apology. Very much a mixed bag. YMMV.

“relaxing and comfortable”

This hotel was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. We appreciated a night just to check out a DVD and relax. Spa was clean and soothing. Location is great, and grounds are well-maintained.

“Great hotel...”

Stayed at this hotel a couple times while visiting family. Always a great experience, clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Dog friendly hotel that treats your dog like a traveler too.

I had a great experience at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Puyallup, WA. The night desk person, JR was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and provided the best customer service that I have had in a long time. The housekeeping staff person (Cynthia?) was very efficient in cleaning my room. A big THANK YOU to all!!! Pamela E.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night! We stayed in a suite and it was very nice! It's a very clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again. This is probably the cleanest Best Western we have stayed at.

“Nice hotel and good value”

Excellent service and nice rooms. A bit small and walls a little thin but it was a pleasant if not short stay. The free breakfast is simple but nice. They spent time giving me direction in the area as well as providing good recommendations. I did not have time to check out the amenities.
