We came to Poulsbo for a birthday celebration and stayed here. The staff were all friendly and made us feel at home. They recommended things to do and places to eat. I phoned the Poulsbo Inn for a one night reservation. The customer service agent was flat out rude! He didn't listen to my requests and would respond back with incorrect information. I then phoned the GuestHouse Inn & Suites in Poulsbo, where I was cheerfully greeted and booked our stay. First impressions, obviously make a difference.
