Spotlessly clean! We stayed in the Rose room. It is located right next to the front door, thought it might be loud, but it was fine. Breakfast was good.

We were there for just one night but enjoyed our stay in an upstairs room. Very much like home and quiet. The other guests were friendly without being obtrusive. Met up with a friend from high school after 30 years of not seeing each other. She had the Teddy Bear Room and I had the Country Room... both up stairs and both had big bathrooms and very well amended... bath robes, shampoo/lotion and shower caps.
