Motel ambience with no frilsl, just all you would expect out of a motel. Nothing to complain about or to write home about.

Clean and spacious. Quiet with a good firm mattress. $99 per night plus tax. Nice view of the boat harbor. Continental breakfast included. No complaints, good basic lodging.

Stayed here 4 nights over Christmas holiday. The place was almost empty. Paid $100-120 per night for 3 people. Common area and room were very clean. Staff was very pleasant. The rooms in this hotel smell so bad the receptionist tried to help us find another place to stay! We also had a bug infestation and got no help from the staff to solve the problem. It was by far the worst vacation experience I've ever had and the rooms were overpriced.

This motel has fairly expensive rates for what they actually provide. The outside looks fairly well kept, but the rooms are really lacking. No complaints about the facility. We had a late check in and five of us were left standing for over ten minutes while the only person on duty was on a long phone call.
