For the price this of this hotel I would say terrible, it is on par with a cheap motel. I would have been satisfied if I paid the price of a cheap motel but for over a hundred dollars a night it should at least not smell. The other reviews are right on about the smell. The website makes the... More

Motel ambience with no frilsl, just all you would expect out of a motel. Nothing to complain about or to write home about.

Clean and spacious. Quiet with a good firm mattress. $99 per night plus tax. Nice view of the boat harbor. Continental breakfast included. No complaints, good basic lodging.

Went here for the New Years and just stayed the one night for celebrations in town. The room was clean and the people at the front desk very pleasant and helpful. Room is basic but clean and had a great view of the waterfront. Comes with a microwave and fridge, if that's important. A teeny drive away from the downtown... More

Stayed here 4 nights over Christmas holiday. The place was almost empty. Paid $100-120 per night for 3 people. Common area and room were very clean. Staff was very pleasant. Right on the water at the boat yard. Near the Safeway, but a mile or so to downtown. Not walkable in the winter. Continental breakfast had a lot of options... More

We ended up in the Harborside Inn because all the better hotels were sold out for that night. The room we got was large with two queen beds and it had good motel quality - just a bit pricey for that. Beds and bathroom were clean. The coffee maker wasn't. There was a bit of a smell outside the Inn,... More

The rooms in this hotel smell so bad the receptionist tried to help us find another place to stay! We also had a bug infestation and got no help from the staff to solve the problem. It was by far the worst vacation experience I've ever had and the rooms were overpriced.

We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant stay. We always offer sprays and cleaners that are environmentally friendly. We at times in your case get fruit flies and they can be a true pest and understand your frustration. We do have professionals that routinely visit the hotel in attempts to keep all known insects to a minimum, neither they... More

This motel has fairly expensive rates for what they actually provide. The outside looks fairly well kept, but the rooms are really lacking. Our room, while being clean, smelled terribly of unwashed underarms, YUCK! Also, all ammenities provided are the cheapest that you can imagine: cheap soap, cheap and yucky coffee, thin pillows, thin towels, and on and on! Also,... More

Thank you for sharing your opinions with us. The housekeeping staff inspects each room before arrival and we are glad to hear that you were happy with your cleanliness of your room. Depending upon how the air is blowing we have low tide or paper mill smell(s) that do linger over our way and are deeply sorry that had to... More

Hotel was in a good location but the rooms were old and had no air conditioning of any kind, no fan, nothing. The room was kind of clean and all of the bottom sheets came off as we slept. It was summer so the price was higher than I think it should have been. The web site did not state... More

No complaints about the facility. We had a late check in and five of us were left standing for over ten minutes while the only person on duty was on a long phone call. It was hotel business, but I think they should have put the person who was asking 100 questions on hold and checked us in. Free complimentary... More
