The staff is friendly and courtious. I have stayed here three times. And each time the rooms have an odd odor to them. Great for the price.

Was looking forward to what I thought would be a relaxing visit. That was until I heard the Front Desk agent and a woman who I learned was the Assistant General Manager having, what should have been, a private conversation about another employee right behind the counter for the lobby to hear. I decided I wasn't going to let this...

I read the previous reviews and was cautiously optimistic when booking. Turned out the hotel was better than expected. We stayed on the first floor with our dog and enjoyed the... large clean room... friendly staff... a good breakfast... all day coffee... free internet... a great price on the room (dog was free)... and finally great central access to shopping...

We've stayed here before and I am so shocked this is #1 for places to stay in Mount Vernon! It's run down and we found personal hairs on the counter in one of our rooms. The breakfast area is cramped and feels like we're all jammed in. The Holiday In Express in that comes up for Burlington should be rated...

I am a fairly picky traveller, but since the Tulalip resort was booked, stayed here. More than adequate with very, very large rooms and comfy beds. No flat screen tv's and is a three star hotel. Really no complaints. It was clean with lots of towels. The outside smelled like a sewer or feedlot and could faintly smell it inside....

Apr 2012 I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel via internet requesting pet friendly room. Upon arrival was given room 120. Beware this room is next to the complimentary breakfast room and staff room which is very noisy at 5am. Also this room had an unpleasant odor. If you are on a healthy calorie wise food regime the...

Large Rooms with great beds! Breakfast was a little better than average. Hotel staff was exceptional, unfortunately they were having wi-fi issues the week we were there so we moved rooms to be closer to the hot spot, helped a little but still not great. Front desk said they were about to re-do the wi-fi and apologized for the poor...

I have family that moved to this area and will be visiting frequently, but prefer to stay in a hotel and have my grandchildren stay with me. I feel very fortunate to have found this hotel, because the rooms were very large, able to accomodate 3 of us with no problem. Large bathroom and second sink outside of bath area...

I stayed here during a trip for work. The hotel is older and needs updating. The king room was huge. In general it was pretty clean but I did see what looked like a spot of blood on the comforter. The tv remote didn't work very well at all. I was very surprised when I tried to set up a...

Fairly dated, but well kept hotel with large comfortable rooms...unless you get assigned one near the laundry room. We had stayed at the Cotton Tree Inn before and enjoyed a relaxing sleep, but this time were awoken in the morning by a shaking feeling. Thought a small earthquake (more like a tremor) was occurring, but were informed by the front...
