We had a wonderful stay at the Eagles Nest. Such a beautiful slice of heaven. Hospitality was great and the breakfasts were right out of a gourmet magazine. We are already looking forward to a return stay!

Everything about Joan and Jerry's Inn is amazing.... we found this location online and was surprised to find a perfect setting, amazing inn with perfect amenities and the home-made breakfasts were spectacular! No need to go elsewhere!!!! Home- made chocolate chip cookies were superb and the chocolates from Sweet Mona's were a special touch! What fabulous hosts, helped to orientate us when we arrived with dinner suggestions and an itinerary suggestion to make the most of our limited time on the island. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, freshly cooked, lots of coffee and juice. We had to leave early and they brought forward breakfast for us, so kind. The room was large and comfortable with luxury bedding and a guest area to use. Overall an excellent stay.

The Eagles Nest Inn is outstanding - located in the midst of a forested hillside. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, well appointed, private entrance, and spacious little balcony. Jerry and Joanne ae outstanding hosts—welcoming, friendly, eager to answer questions and offer suggestions for what to see, do, enjoy, and where to eat in Langley and beyond. The Eagles Nest has risen to the top of our favorite places and we hope to return soon and often.

When booking my Washington vacation, I decided to return to Whidbey Island after nine years and hoped “that wonderful B&B” was still in operation. I was thrilled to find that Eagle’s Nest Inn is thriving in the charming town of Langley. Joanne and Jerry are delightful hosts, providing suggestions for sightseeing and dining. Joanne treats her guests to gourmet breakfasts each morning with sensitivity to allergies and dietary restrictions. Remembering how tranquil the top floor Eagle’s Nest room was, I selected it once again. The view of the Saratoga Passage from the deck makes the extra flight of stairs worth the effort. I look forward to returning!

My wife and I spent just one night here as we were at the tail end of an almost 3 week vacation to Vancouver Island and Olympic NP. The B&B sits on the top of a hill with great views from the house. It is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and has lots of birds, chipmunks, deer, etc around. We stayed in the Saratoga Room on the second floor. The room was large, very well appointed and immaculate. We had a balcony overlooking the water, a flat screen TV, large bathroom, closet for storage of suitcases and clothes, easy chairs at the foot of the bed, etc. The wife worked well for us and it was very peaceful. I did think the shower was a bit strange. Essentially there is a jetted tub (with non-functional jets due to the noise factor) and a shower head was installed in one end of it - that seemed to be an afterthought vs your regular tub/shower combination you see all the time. The set up makes it a bit difficult to make sure no shower water gets out onto the bathroom floor and it's a fairly good step up to get into the tub to use the shower. The breakfast was very nice, as was the table setting, and there was plenty to eat. All the guests eat at a common table which is common for most B&Bs we have used. Both of the hosts were very friendly and willing to share info on places to visit, eat, etc. The town of Langley is quite small, and only about 5 minutes away, but has some nice little shops and galleries as well as a few restaurants to choose from. The ferry from Clinton to Mukilteo is a short drive away which was convenient for us as we were flying out of Paine Field the next day. A very nice and comfortable B&B.…

My husband and I recently spent two nights at the Eagles Nest Inn. We are regular visitors to Whidbey Island, but usually just make it a day trip. Adding a stay at this lovely inn turned a day's outing into a relaxing vacation ... Hosts Joanne and Jerry keep the guest rooms spotless and appointed with gracious extra touches that make a stay special, such as fresh flowers, really good in-room coffee, binoculars and a birding guide book. Joanne's gourmet breakfasts were delicious and beautifully plated and presented. And it would be hard to find better informed guides to all the area has to offer.
