I have stayed at the Red Lion Columbia Center on a number of occassions and have always been satisfied with the hotel. Good value and friendly staff.

The Red Lion Columbia Center is a convenient hotel for exploring Kennewick, Washington. Movie theaters, a mall and many large stores are all within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is wonderful and the rooms spacious and nicely appointed. You are only a couple of miles from the river where there are parks and biking and walking pathways.

Great Location for shopping, dining and getting a feeling for Tri-City. The rooms are modern, the courtyard is nice and clean. Overall just another nice Red Lion hotel in the $100-120 price range.

This Red Lion is right next to Columbia Center shopping mall. The TriCities place to shop. It is close to the coliseum also. We had a nice stay, though it was winter and the pool was closed. At this price point, there are no comparable locations (save the other Red Lions) in the area. Yes, this is an older property. Most Red Lions are older. But I consider that a strength rather than a weakness. Consider, in this price range: (1) How many hotels in the area feature wide hallways? balconies or patios? interior courtyards? I suppose... I only stayed here because all the hotels in Pasco were booked out and I had to be in the area for a business meeting. Things were busy in Tri Cities, they wouldn't give me the corporate rate even though our company uses Red Lion a lot. Check in was fine, the room was old and tired, hadn't been updated... More

The hotel was clean , beds were comfortable, and front desk was helpful. This hotel could use an upgrade on the outside,but the rooms had nice bedding and carpet. We attended a banquet @ the hotel and the food was good.
