Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Newly renovated, friendly management. Clean. Very comfortable. Mattresses were outstanding. They even reserved a space for my truck and boat so I could charge up my electric trolling motor battery each night. I'll be back again for sure! Ron - Bremerton, WA

it seems original owners have taken it back from the previous one and they're trying hard. But the walls are paper thin and the people next to me got up at 3 am!!! They could also use some towel bars in the bathroom. Very good wifi...but not private.

Stated here for years and enjoyed the lake, this last time 2020, was pathetic, Holes in the wals, toilet handle broken and sharp, blinds broken, Never saw a maid, at any time. It is one of the few motels with a pool, and I get why it was closed due to covid, but when the rooms on both sides are unoccupied and the no vacancy sign is on, this makes no sence, as the motel up the road was packed. Won't stay here again

Stayed here for one night for a fishing tournament. Room was spacious, but dated. Lady was helpful and she even had extension cords for me to charge my boat. If you have high expectations, just understand that this is not a 5 star hotel. This is probably not a place I'll bring the wife to, but just to rest after a long day of fishing, it worked and I'll stay here again if I had to.

Stayed again here after our Motorcycle vacation and traveling back home. Close to Moose Lodge, Safeway, and MPH HI Dam Bar. Alot of work has been done even from a year ago. Pleasantly surprised. Always very accommodating. Room was clean, bed was Decent.

The room was very clean and cozy. The manager is warm and welcoming, and makes every effort to meet any needs. A gas BBQ is provided for guest use, and the herbs planted outside the rooms are great -- thyme, rosemary and mint!

Well when the motel clerk runs out to your car when you are just looking, run. Sign says under new management. Room was dirty and run down. Bed was uncomfortable. Trip Advisor needs to update their reviews. Saw good reviews but they were old. Beware what you see on Trip Advisor.

The location was good, the retro sign was awesome. But the room, alas, was worn out & the bathroom was tiny. While it was clean, it was very run-down looking. If it gets a good makeover, it'll be great place to stay.

The wooden decks outside the rooms have deteriorated badly. Rot is exposed on the rails and 2 x 6 floor boards sticking dangerously upwards. There was a hole in the wall in the bedroom, the air conditioner made a terrible banging noise and the fridge was overdue to be defrosted. The issues were brought up to the manager who was polite but seemed quite indifferent stating that they knew about the fridge problem.
