Room clean and comfortable with kitchenette which we didn't really use. Bed was comfortable and appreciate being able to open window. Good location for all area attractions.

This hotel was a hidden gem; we needed to stay in the area on business and selected this one based on location. We were please in all respects. Check in was efficient and friendly and they upgraded us to suites without it being requested. The beds and linens were excellent, the room appointments very nice. The hotel has an evening... More

+ location: the hotel is centrally located between Seattle, the Premium Outlets and Alderwood mall so it's great for a weekend shopping trip. + nice variety of breakfast but can be hit or miss depending on if you get there just when they make a fresh batch but that's just due to timing. + quiet + being green by having... We stayed overnight in Everett. The room was clean there was a little kitchenette & it was updated. We had an end unit but could hear no noise from either the road which was close by or the people in the next room. It was close enough to the Tulalip Casino so we only had about a 10 min drive when... More

I travel for business alot. When I book a room I look for a single bed (queen or king) with a work desk and a comfortable chair to relax in after work. This time around they gave me a double queen with 3 terribly uncomfortable chairs. Don't get the double queen room if you want to relax. They Upgraded one of... More

This hotel actually was voted a top place to stay by Tripadvisor for 2011. We did'nt know this before booking but we say why it got high marks after staying there. First this is a PLUS hotel so it had a few extra good things like a free extended breakfast. This included waffles, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and lots of... More

My wife and I needed a place to stay while visiting our youngest son who was leaving on his first deployment. I contacted Bill Rode and he was more than happy to make sure we received the military discount rate. The executive suites are roomy with a small kitchenette and a master bedroom. The TV's although flatscreen are small and hard to see from the couch. The room service can be touch and go on extended stays. The continental breakfast is very good. They also have free wi-fi, a nice sized pool and a work out area. Located very near... More

This is a good central hotel, close to shopping and 20 mins to downtown. Very big spacious rooms, with a great kitchen set up, great for families. Breakfast was good, nice to have it included and had everything you needed. Pool was on the small side, but fine.

Lucked out as a business traveler when I was lodged at this facility for 6 weeks. My stay was excellent in all respects, and the customer service I received was genuinely top notch - the sort of prompt and courteous attention usually associated with a much higher price tag.
