Great customer service Comfort inn ans Suites! An Excellent place! Seems well managed. Staff encountered were all responsive, very friendly,and polite. A nice touch was the car window scrapers/brushes out for use after a snow fall.

UPon arriving the front ask clerk Bri was dealing with a couple of frustrating guests. She was professional and impressive in the way she handled them. Very friendly and professional staff in a newer facility but the rooms are the smallest I think I've ever stayed in! We stayed at this hotel for 9 days. It is located close enough to downtown Seattle, and the staff is great at printing directions to wherever you request.
