Took a quick trip to Bellingham and wanted to stay at the Best Western Heritage Inn. Unfortunately they were fully booked, so we decided to try the Best Western Lakeway Inn. Worst hotel experience ever. Didn't have our reservation when we arrived and took 3 tries to get the room right (our last night). Management never contacted us to discuss the issues and apparently could not care less.

I've been staying at this hotel for about a 1 1/2 months and I have no complaints. I'm up here for an extended stay and I may never want to leave this place. The entire staff is very helpful. Especially Bryan and Senika, they work the evening shift and are always plesent and helpful.
