I have visited the Catalina Apartments in Bellevue, WA several times recently for business. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is decorated very nicely with free coffee, etc. It has a nice feel and was a great place to conduct my informal business meeting. The grounds are also nice and well-maintained.

This place is a nightmare! Terrible management. No control over your heating/cooling system. Freezing air blowing to your room, which is extremely loud and you have no control over it!!!
