I booked this hotel while on business in Wytheville, VA. I was not happy! It's over price and uncomfortable. There was no thought giving to lay out if hotel. Water pressure sucks and the shower heads are only about 5 1/2 feet high. Nope not gonna lay my head in this hotel unless I have too.

Stayed here on our way back from a trip. The hotel is your typical Comfort Inn. Rather dated but the room was clean and had microwave and fridge. Good shower water pressure too. Overnight stop. Front desk personnel pleasant. Room big for queen sized beds. Continental breakfast was poor quality, free, but poor quality. Desk was helpful with list of nearby restaurants to eat at. Location of hotel on less busy side of town.

I stayed one night here and that was enough. The hotel looked fine but, it was WAY overpriced, even with Choice Privileges card and AARP. My room was non-smoking but when you entered the hall, it smelled like Phillip-Morris was having a convention there. For a no-frills motel in a no-frills town, NOT worth the money.

We regularly drive from Western PA to Florida with our dog, taking 3 days. We have found that hotels which take pets 1) put you in smoking rooms or special pet rooms (hairy and not clean) and/or 2) charge you a pet cleaning fee. Good location. Clean room. Large room. Quiet air condioning. Good breakfast. Nice people. Fair price. Comfortable mattress. This place is a keeper!

Property is a little off the beaten path. Very interesting church and cemetery across the street that should be explored if you are interested in such things. Employees were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and stocked appropriately. Quiet hotel. Room served our purposes for a one night stay. Breakfast was as expected with ample seating.
