We have stayed frequently at the hotel as our son attends Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock. The hotel has never let us down. Check-in staff is friendly, often remember us, and helpful. The rooms are large and clean and the coffee amenities in the lobby plentiful. A very good choice for travelers.

When I have to be critical of the acoustics of the swimming pool or the speed of the elevator you can expect first class. Great front desk (cute blonde with great smile ) had discounts that saved $ at restaurants and attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean, well stocked and comfortable.
