Have now stayed at a few location of this chain and are always pleased . Didn't make a reservation because of travel constraints but planned on staying at this location for a night . Check-in staff member was less than impressive. Had a problem which was not handled well by reception, and only made worse by Carlson's toll free customer service agent.
