Although the location can't be beat, the accomodations have many issues. The first thing one notices when walking in, is the moldy smell and grungy appearance. It is "quaint" but not in a good way. The small apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The home was built in the 1860's, and is directly across the street from William and Mary. We had a great time at the Autumn Leaves bed and breakfast. Jim is very welcoming and provided us with a wealth of information about the area. It is only a short walk to colonial williamsburg so no need to be concerned with driving or finding parking. We plan on coming back soon and highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
