It is worth it to be in the upgraded rooms which are very nice. The other lower price ones a bit plain/average. Has a parking garage. You can walk to Colonial Area, shopping and William and Mary. Service very good, but lobby printer didn't work when I was there.

Our room in Nicholas Hall was spacious, with perfect pillows in the comfy beds. Huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a great value considering the free parking, free wireless, Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator, and the discount tickets to Colonial Williamsburg. Stayed there overnight, didn't eat there. The rooms were good, nothing special, but nothing to complain about. Location is great. If you're a golfer, it's across the street from Golden Horseshoe Gold Course, which is an awesome course.
