I have stayed at this hotel numerous times as my work brings me to Williamsburg. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful, very accommodating to requests from things ranging from a bowl from the breakfast area to a late check out. It's close enough to many restuarants that I usually enjoy walking.

Room smelled terrible and everything was dingy. Then I pulled back the sheets and there was a huge, sticky stain on the center of the bed. GROSS! Room was dirty, staff was rude. Sink was clogged. The room entrance floor was not finished...it was a tar floor. Breakfast was just bad coffee and old bagels.
