NIce embassy suites a little smaller than most i have stayed in but just as good. The service from the moment i walked in the door to when i checked out was great. Managers reception and breakfast was good and the pool was nice for my children.

Check-in was very smooth. However, even though I'd made reservations weeks in advance and had requested a crib (pack & play) at the time of the reservation, they didn't have one available. Highly recommended, just off the main street, but centrally located, with many establishments within walking distance. The only dislike was the short shower curtain in the handicap room and limited ventilation fan, made for an inefficient bathroom.

I have stayed at other Embassy Suites and this one does not compare to the quality of other. I used HH points for this hotel and what a waste of points. Would not stay again.The location is out of the way. Food on the breakfast buffet was not hot. Was very dissapointed in my stay

This hotel provides excellent service, clean comfortable rooms and is convenient to everything in Williamsburg, VA. We had previously hosted a Navy reunion at this hotel and based on our experience then, chose to stay there when on pleasure trips to Williamsburg. We recomment this hotel highly.
