I had a wonderful experience. the breakfast was great. The front desk staff especially Georgia treated me with respect and handled my room request change very quickly. I required a first floor room and she very nicely made the change.

This hotel was a good value for the money. The room was clean and neat. It appears as if it was recently painted as the doors stuck to the jambs. Need a little force to open and close. Me and the wife have been to Willamsburg a number of times but this was the first time we stayed at this Quality Inn. Overall the place was clean however the breakfast was a little blaw. I would stay again and hopefully breakfast they might have waffles rather then dry pancakes.

We stayed here just for one night (room 113) upon a late arrival in Williamsburg. Hotel looked nice, was fairly clean, but lacked in a few fundamental areas. Wifi was unavailable in our room (#140), which was a huge turnoff for us. We stayed there for one night only and we were very pleased with the room and service. The room we stayed in was very clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel. They also have complimentary breakfast which is perfect!
