We stayed at this property on a week night in December. Great location, close to both Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The outside of the property was clean and the inside common areas were somewhat clean and presentable. In July we decided to stay at the Days Inn in Williamsburg and drive to Virginia Beach. The hotel although dated, was clean and neat. It was just what I had expected for $50 per night. We have stayed here about 4yrs ago and loved it so we decided to stay again. It has really changed. The place was not clean and there were several places with paint chipping and peeling, broken tiles, light bulbs out, no mattress pad or fitted sheet on bed, etc. It really made us sad to see it go this way.... Extremely reasonable. Accomodations were exceptional considering the price. Located 10 mintes from the visiters centre. Clean rooms and service.
