The outside of the property looked nothing like the pciture posted. the inside common areas was not clean. . At least one of the back entrance doors, requiring a room card for access, would not properly close which presents security concerns.Front Desk staff was were not properly trained poor customer service skills. As I travel alot for business and pleasure I found the Days Inn Historic Williamsburg Va was the worst. The room was full of mold, lights were out and the security door to entrance was broken. Meaning anyone could walk inside and roam the halls. The bed was awful and blanket had holes. The door that went on to the... More

We stayed at this property on a week night in December. Great location, close to both Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The outside of the property was clean and the inside common areas were somewhat clean and presentable. At least one of the back entrance doors, requiring a room card for access, would not properly close which presents security concerns.... More

In July we decided to stay at the Days Inn in Williamsburg and drive to Virginia Beach. The hotel although dated, was clean and neat. It was just what I had expected for $50 per night. Much better value than paying the high hotel prices at the beach. The hotel staff was very pleasant and the lobby was decorated historically.... More

We have stayed here about 4yrs ago and loved it so we decided to stay again. It has really changed. The place was not clean and there were several places with paint chipping and peeling, broken tiles, light bulbs out, no mattress pad or fitted sheet on bed, etc. It really made us sad to see it go this way.... This hotel is way past it's heyday. At one point you could tell it was a very cute and charming place to stay in Williamsburg. It's obviously in need of some updating though. None of the ice machines worked, even checked other floors so we had to walk all the way to the lobby just for ice. The room itself... More

After a relative bad stay in Ashland, Va the night before this place was a good find. The hotel in Ashland was booked in advanced (bad choice in the end); but we decided to throw caution to the wind and pick-up a couple of the rest area room saver type magazines and take our chances in Williamsburg. This was our... More

This was the 3rd hotel on our tour. We came to Wiilamsburg to visit Busch Gardens and just wanted a reasonably priced hotel for a couple of nights. After researching hotels in the area, this one came back by far the best value, especially as it included breakfast and free car parking. Check in was fast and friendly and we... More
