My wife and I stayed in this hotel the second weekend of April for a spring get-away.Accomadations were nice and the staff were very friendly.Very good view of the beach,boardwalk, and ocean. Good selection for breakfast. We plan on returning in the fall.

Nice room overlooking the ocean, beach and boardwalk...great convenience. Breakfasts were good, however, a little crowded at times. Remember that with all the military bases in the area, there are planes in the air from dawn to dusk...cool if you like jets, not so if you want to listen to some tranquil waves.

We had a wonderful time at the Surfside. It's not a luxury hotel, but that's not what you are paying for. Very reasonably priced ($162 in August) for a 2-Diamond hotel.
