I stay here a lot. The staff is great, the rooms are super nice. There is a lot of spots to park the pool is nice and the hot tub is a great addition to. I would recommend anyone to stay here great place to bring family.

Everything was great, staff, room, parking, pool, etc... My only complaints, which are very small and minor are: #1-The tv's in the rooms are on some sort of lock/control. The volume is under control, the tv's make weird noises like a video game when turning on and off and you can't hook up dvd players or gaming systems to all... More

I liked the hotel overall. The location is not close to the beach. It takes about 35 minutes driving to reach beach. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. Reasonably priced. If you want easy access to the beach this hotel is not a great choice.

On July 20, 2012, I was in town for a Family Reunion in Norfolk. I stayed at the Comfort Suites Harbout View in Suffolk, VA. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. My wife and I stayed here from July 13 until July 15, we loved our room and loved the overall atmoshere of the hotel. We juast have one complaint, there was a group of teenage girls that were seem to be checked in by the parents and left at the hotel by themselves. The entire time we visited these kids... More

We had no major complaints here. The Staff was outstanding and polite. Room was nice and clean. Parking lot well lit. Breakfast bar is set up weird. Not much flow to get through it with a crowd. Bed was super comfy! Overall it was very nice!

This is the 5th time we've stayed. Always a delightful stay. The staff is great. Breakfast is yummy. Location is conveniently located between the beach and Williamsburg. Will be back.
