This Hotel is tired dated and disgusting. Newer mattresses. Otherwise it's almost a time capsle of worn out fittings. The first floor has some rooms which appear to have recently been designated no smoking. Unfortunately they don't seem to have done anything more than put up signs. They stink from 30 years of cigarettes. I doubt they so much as... More

It was the worst place I ever stood in. We stood in room 237 and 239. room 237 kept having a power shortage and when you would call from desk to turn the lights back on they took forever. On occasions our keys wouldn't open the door and we found ourselves struggling with the door for a good five or... More

We selected this hotel as an overnight stop for a short weekend trip. What a bad choice. Everything was old and dirty. Anything and everything chrome or metal in the room was rusted. The sheets were dingy and yellowed. The sink would not drain. The restaurant was held together with duct tape. The rat traps under the stairs was a... More

My family stayed here and when we walked into the room it was clean and smelled good. The mattresses were like new. I checked them and they were sealy posturpedic brand. The room had a microwave and refridgerator that worked awesome, as well as a nice size tv with HBO. The staff was very friendly and they offered a free... More

Have stayed at this hotel twice and have been very pleased each time. Hotel is an older drive-up park at the door style, but don't let that put you off. Hotel has been totally refurbished! Our room had a super-comfy king pillow top bed with lots of pillows, also a mini fridge, microwave & coffeemaker in the room. Lots of... More

This motel is old and shows its age in many areas. Outside entrance to rooms, doors that don't close well and worn carpeting, just to mention a few. I spent several nights here and fortunately only needed a place to sleep. But the motel was OK in several areas. Both our double beds were very comfortable, our pillows were good,... More

Ahhh the choices for lodging when you stay at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia: not very many! I know that "seasonal" hotels have to make their money when they can to stay in business; but I really wish there were more reasonably priced hotels close to Kings Dominion. To avoid confusion: we stayed for a night at the Days Inn... More

The rooms looked clean, but were dirty. A spider almost crawled in my mother's mouth as she sleep. The bathrooms where the worse. The tub was DIRTY and the TOILET was GROSS. The bathroom need to be remodeled as the tub and toilets were rusty. The hotels smelled old and stink, like cigerette smoke and the carpets were gross too.... More

My family stayed 3 nights at this hotel when we made a trip to Kings Dominion this past week. We asked for 2 adjoining rooms, since there were 7 of us in the group. In comparison to the other hotels in the area...the rates were cheaper --- and now I know why. When we first checked in, we were told... More
