Clean,well maintained,friendly helpful staff. Slightly lumpy bed. Would stay there again. Convenient location off I 581. Very quiet for being convenient to the airport. After a long trip and stays in several motels / hotels, I consider this to be a very good value. I would certainly stay here again. Thumbs up!

I would agree with other evaluations - a solid four stars. My room was quite large. The bathroom had one tub/shower and a separate stand up shower. Two sinks, two mirrors. This is an older property, but is kept in good condition. There are two floors, but no elevator. They have a nice outdoor pool. Nice fitness room. It is close to the interstate. Business center is small and computer a little slow, but OK. Very nice landscaping and good distance from traffic noise.

“Very Friendly staff and Clean Rooms”

Recently my family and I stayed 2 nights to attend my son's VATech graduation. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet was great!! The price was very reasonable and we will stay here again.

A reasonably priced motel that is very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and great staff. Stayed for three nights with family attending daughter's graduation events at Virginia Tech. Location made it easy to jump on the highway. Avoided spending a great deal more by not paying the ultra premium rates in Blacksburg and Christianburg during this period.

“Old Roadside Inn Converted to Hampton Inn”

This Hampton Inn is an old motel that was converted into a Hampton Inn.Very large rooms with outside entrances.Very nice staff. The Hilton standard computer system that Hampton Inns use is awful. Sound proofing was good. OK for 1 or 2 nights at a good rate.

Extremely well managed, clean, and comfortable place to stay with family. Staff is professional, complimentary breakfast is better than many other comparable hotels in this category. I would most definately recommend it.

Facility employs outside fluorescent lighting around peripery of entire hotel. The light intrudes into the room and unfortunately the darperies are not designed to block such intense light. It was as if the sun were up all night.
