Our stay was during a storm with a lot of places not having power. Our first room was dirty and hadn't been used for a while, the heat didn't work. The manager gave us another room which was much better. I had to e-mail in about my awards before they were posted.

We only stay a few hours to rest our roadtrip to Georgia. The front desk gentleman was nice enough and quick to check us in. The room was not the cleanest.
