The Swan Valley is a dirty area - go to Margaret River instead. Everything about the region is filthy. The staff are patronising and could not care less about the customer.

Frankly paying this sort of money for accommodation in WA you expect the best. Unfortunately Hansons is not there - not being purpose built it suffers from noise problems, and it appears old and tatty - needs some reinvestment and upgrading. Add to that cheap toilet paper and I'd say it's about 50% over-priced. Quite nice, but would try elsewhere...
