Above average but whilst the rooms were large and comfortable the hotel is a little tired. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic views above level two. Location, Location, Location. You come here for the beach and great views. The hotel is nothing special, but sitting in the bar watching the ocean is great. It can be noisy at weekends, but join in rather than sit skulking in your room. WA is ludicrously expensive, so accommodation here is very good value

We stayed here last month for four nights. The hotel is right along the beach front, and well located for a short walk to any of the local restaurants and cafes. I have stayed here about 4 maybe 5 occasions, my husband is sick and we travel to Perth for doctor appointments regularly, rooms r ok but noisy, showers r the worst I have ever used in a hotel before but it is cheap, if u can afford somewhere else than stay somewhere else
