Coral bay is a fantastic location with very limited accommodation options and boy have these people exploited that! The whole place needs to be knocked down and redeveloped. The resort is tired and run down, maintenance has been let go and there is a creeping air of dereliction. One senses that the management care only about the bottom line. The... More

A truly beautiful unspoilt haven, The accommodation is adequate with many different type to suit different party sizes. The staff are friendly. The food is pretty good and there is a decent pizza to be had up the road, and an excellent bakery 400 yards away. We were lucky enough to swim with a Whale shark and various other marine life... More

Before I comment on the hotel, I should say that Coral Bay is very small. They allow a maximum of 2,000 people here and therefore choices for accommodation are quite limited. From this perspective, this place was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Big bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. We did as a couple walk into our room surprised... More

Coral Bay is an amazing holiday destination. The Ningaloo Reef Resort offers very pleasant accommodation for travellers. Our Beachcomber unit faced the sea and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I have been coming to this area for 20 years and this time found the quality and standard to be of a high quality. Yes... More

Great room for family, best motel in town, not much competition though ;) room is clean, beds comfy, food is great. Love staying here pity it is so expensive. Beach just across the road. Watch thursday night if you want sleep they can have a live band there which is very loud. Will stay again

I travelled with my husband in January 2012, and stayed for five days. The resort is an "L" shaped set up, that has a pub and cafe located in the middle. There were positive and negative aspects about this resort- POSITIVE- The view is beautiful!! A stretch of beach that is just heavenly and pristine. If booking the resort it... More

Given the limited choice of accommodation in the area and its close position to the excellent beach explains why the Ningaloo Reef Resort attracts a premium price. We had a ground floor room leading out onto the lawn in front of the pool. The room had a kitchenette but we did not use the facilities as we ate out.  The... More

Room was clean and well equipt.Staff, very helpful. Absolutely fantastic location ( think that's why it's a bit pricey). Food at the bar was pub grub. Would defiantly go again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over the Melbourne cup period. I have stayed here in the past and it was excellent;however, that was in the days when it was privately owned. My memories of that trip are what took me back there. We booked the Grand suite at $365 a night and left feeling totally ripped off.... More
