Great room for family, best motel in town, not much competition though ;) room is clean, beds comfy, food is great. Love staying here pity it is so expensive. Beach just across the road. Watch thursday night if you want sleep they can have a live band there which is very loud. Will stay again

Room was clean and well equipt.Staff, very helpful. Absolutely fantastic location ( think that's why it's a bit pricey). Food at the bar was pub grub. Would defiantly go again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over the Melbourne cup period. I have stayed here in the past and it was excellent;however, that was in the days when it was privately owned.
