We stayed at Cervantes for one night in that B&B and it was amazing. We had a beautiful bedroom with a giant backyard. Our own garden and a nice table to eat outside or to enjoy the nice weather. The lady who took care of us was amazing. She is a really nice person and it was lovely to talk... More

Pat and I wanted to explore the new Indian Ocean Drive from Lancelin to Cervantes, And to explore local National Parks around Jurien Bay and Greenhead. As we had difficulty in arranging accommodation in Jurien Bay we enquired at Cervantes and were recommended Break Water B & B. Walking distance to Tavern ,cafe, Motel dining and sports club meals available... More

With a party of 4 it was nice to have a B & B that catered for us as a family. The rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Lynne was chatty and informative and assisted us when we had less than a good experience trying to get some food in town. Breakfast is a treat and being 1 min from... More

We stayed a night at Windbreak in the ensuite room with garden access. Lynne was a beautiful host. Thanks to her recommendation, we had a lovely dinner at the Country club - $65 for a seafood/lobster platter. The food was excellent - very fresh. To top it off, we had an amazing breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Freshly... More

We stayed for 2 nights to visit the Pinnacles. We booked the en-suite room that leads out to the garden. The room was large, and spotless with everything you need, small fridge, Tv, tea and coffee making facilities, bottle of water and wine glasses. The garden had a covered deck with tables and chairs to sit out in the evening and even... More

This was not my style of house but the friendliness of host Lynne, the clean and spacious bedroom and the fresh boiled egg from the hens with freshly baked bread made it a place I'd happily recommend and return to.

We stayed in the twin room as the other two rooms were booked out - all of the rooms were large and modern. The whole house was very clean and fresh. We have stayed in alot of b & b's all over the world and this is one of the best - Lynn was so friend and have never had... More

Very nice B&B in Cervantes, excellent location to visit the Pinnacles and explore the rest of the region. We were made very welcome by Gary & Lynne, giving us lots of tips on what to do while in the area, and cooking an amazing breakfast :-) We were in 3 and originally booked a double room ($130) and the twin... We stayed here for one night in a queen room with bathroom. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. Terrace garden and common room are also very well and comfy decorated. Lynne was so friendly and prepared everything for us, e.g. baby cot and high chair, juicer and excellent breakfast. Pity we just booked one night whilst visiting Pinnacles.... More
