Absolut amazing B&B. We have been too many B&B's and Hotels throughour the years, but Lynn's is one of the best. The rooms spacious, well decorated and homely; the host lovely and welcoming. The continental breakfast absolut nice - especially the homemade bread. Lynn was there whenever needed and had some good tipps. If possible, we will go there again.... More

We were met by Lynne on arrival and shown to our 2 rooms at the front of the house. She was a fantastic host giving us her personal attention whenever needed. The Ground floor rooms at the front were immaculate, comfortable and very clean. Able to access the car via sliding glass doors without going through the house. Lynne gave... More

Lynn and Gary had to be away from Cervantes for a few days - but rather than cancel bookings, they arranged for Vicky and Darryl to stand in. V & D were really great and looked after us superbly -- we all had dinner together at the country club on our last night, so in that sense it seemed like... More

We were greeted by Lynne on arrival. Our room was at the back, overlooking the cute little back garden. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable. We were given great recommendations about the area. The small deck in the backyard was perfect for relaxing and reading. We LOVED the amazing breakfast prepared for us... More

Met by Gary on arrival and given personal attention thereafter. Ground floor room at the front immaculate and very clean. Able to access the car via sliding glass doors without going through the house. Gary's meal recommendation was spot on (The Country Club) and his breakfast beyond complaint. Although only passing through this place set a high standard for others... More

After reading the great reviews on this site we were certain that our accommodation with Windbreak would be good, oh my goodness, it was more than good, it was frigging fantastic!!!. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a... More

Booked the whole place out (3 rooms) for a family trip and stayed for the night of 26/12. Lynne was a great host and the facilities are top notch. Close to restaurants (the meal at the Country Club was really good) and a good base for visiting The Pinnacles. Highly recommended!!!

The highlight of our Perth trip. Lynne made absolutely sure that our stay was perfect. I would definitely advise anyone visiting Western Australia to come up to Cervantes and spend a night at Windbreak B&B.
