We stayed in the single unit (Zoni Beach Retreat). It really is away from town but that is exactly what we wanted. Tom (and his team) were very helpful with advice. The house has everything, cooler, beach chairs and fully equipped kitchen so we only ate out for two meals in 4 days. We were happy to rent Tom's vehicle...
