Arrived in Twillingate because we heard the icebergs had come in unexpectedly. Found Kelsie's through the Visitor Information Centre (they had a listing of up to date vacancies), and were glad we did. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was basic: cereal, toast, fruit - but very good. Staff made us feel very... More

Warm in hospitality, absolutely charming little hotel with fresh fruit breakfast, toast, and wonderful jams prepared by the innkeeper's mom. Very personable, great sleep, clean clean clean. Beautiful hand knit newfoundland socks are available at five dollars a pair, and beautiful quilts near the front desk. Cannot wait to return!

We arrived without a reservation after leaving Change Islands where the Inn there was lacking what we needed. The lady at Kelsies soon had us signed it and provided an extra cot for our granddaughter. A very friendly lady who answered questions and gave us directions. The room was great, the breakfast was great, the staff was great and the rate was... More

Looks brand new, very spacious and clean. The owner is very nice and friendly, gave us lots of tips about hiking in the area and finding an iceberg floating nearby. Includes a small but yummy breakfast. We stayed only for one night, but enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 5 stayed for one night while we visited the area. Our room was very comfortable, perfectly clean, and quite spacious for the 5 of us. It included a queen, a double, and a cot. The fridge was handy for our snacks and picnic supplies! We used the lounge area to play cards and read after the kids... More

We stayed here for two nights to explore Twillingate. The hosts were so nice and friendly, and we truly enjoyed our chat with the owner sitting on wooden terrace and drinking wine. He gave us lots of great advice where to go, eat, etc. Thanks to him, we could see three wild whales! The old lady (I think she told... More

Kelsies is on the main road as you drive into Twillingate about 3 blocks from the ocean, boat tours and stuff like that. It is more of a Motel in that it is a large oblong building with a middle entrance way and a bunch of rooms on either side with the reception at the far right of the corridor.... More

This property doesn't look like the traditional inn, especially in Newfoundland but more like a motel;however, the quality of the stay is better than any motel. The inn is relatively new (6 years) and has 10 rooms. The rooms are adequately sized, the bed was clean/comfortable plus there was a mini-fridge plus a new flat screen TV in the room.... More

Stayed 2 nights at Kelsie's inn in Twillingate. Room was on small side, basic, but very clean. Breakfast was a basic self-serve cold assortment of cereals, small muffins and rolls, fresh fruit , juice, tea and coffee. Entire facility basic, but very clean and a good value. On main road leading down to harbor with a grocery store and restaraunt... More
