This is an incredibly friendly place with personable staff who very obviously work hard to maintain the great atmosphere & cleanliness of the hotel. The only drawback was that the wireless internet does not extend throughout the entire building, so some rooms don't actually receive it. It was very, very clean! The new owners were just getting started on renovating. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic. The food was amazing and it didn't matter where you sat you had a wonderful view of the bay.

The hotel and restaurant appear to be in good working condition - perhaps in need of a few cosmetic enhancements, but overall friendly, convenient and clean.
