I visited this hotel at the beginning of the year and it was not a bad stay. This time round I was checked in at the reception point for the hotel stays rather than the bar . I requested a quiet room and was allocated a small shoe box size room and was not happy to say the least. As... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, had outside room which was great, although we had to move to another after 1st night as prob with toilet, overall the staff were efficient and friendly, good location for visiting Brooklands and Painhill park. Would stay there again.

We've stayed at the Innkeeper's Lodge in Woking many times. It's a reasonable price in a friendly environment. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food is very good. It's well located. The bar is comfortable. Good parking. The staff are very good but sometimes seem split too many ways. The bar closes too early. Not knocking the Woking branch specifically... More

There was so much wrong with this hotel, it felt substandard in so many ways. The bed was very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs and it sags. There is no way to control the heating, which makes the room very stuffy. The water pump in the room is so noisy it bangs and knocks when the water is running,... More

I have never stayed at an Innkeepers Lodge ever and so was an exciting time to see what i would be faced with. Upon arrival I entered the small entrance to the establishment..initial thoughts was the exterior looked shabby and more like and old B&B and very tight car parking spaces by the main entrance. The main entrance door was... More

I'm glad we only paid the winter rate of £35 per room with continental breakfast (plus 1 English breakfast at £5). We arrived to find the hotel in a little turmoil as there had been an electrical problem. There was some confusion with the room (we ordered a room with twin beds). We received the room key only to find... More

Recently stayed here on a trip to visit our son. Other hotels were proving too costly for a weekend visit and we found Innkeeper's Lodge on line by chance. Good choice! Room wasn't big and was somewhat dominated by the over large furniture but, it had a comfortable bed and was very quiet as it was at the back of... More

We had tickets for the Olympic hockey and chose this estalishment due to its budget price for a family room and its proximity to Woking railway station, which has fast trains to London at 10 min intervals. Our "no frills" evennig meal was adequate (pub grub), and the staff were helpul. Our room was excellent. It was one of the... More

Innkeeper's Lodge Woking is basic, English style hotel in a walking distance from Woking centre and railway station. Food in restaurant is quite good, and prices are fair enough. Especially beer is ok. Our room was a bit small with a very small table and one chair. During our stay wi-fi internet didn’t work properly, but friendly hotel stuff really... More

If you're looking for a hotel in Woking with a great central location, this comfy 34-bedroom lodge is perfect. Just a short walk from Woking station, it's an ideal base whether you're sightseeing in Surrey or attending the H.G. Wells Conference and Event Centre for business.Whatever your travel plans, it's nice to know that there's a cosy real-ale pub* right next door, where you can put your feet up with a pint of expertly kept cask-ale and some traditional, seasonally inspired food.Woking is a bustling town close to Horsell, Chobham and Sheerwater. Nestled in the heart of leafy Surrey, it was a favourite country residence of the Tudors, although certainly for science-fiction fans it's most famous for the "Martians invasion" in H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds.Nearby you can explore two majestic 18th century mansions, Clandon Park and Hatchlands Park, inspect the vintage cars and planes at the Brooklands Museum or take the family to Chessington World of Adventure. ... more   less
