It´s ok, I don´t understand the rating of 2 stars- I would give only 1.
But the service staff competently led by Mister Adnan is very friendly, patient and tries hard to keep you satisfied. (Without any if s and whens they lend me an adaptor for the receptacle, made little repairs in our room and so on)

The hotel wasnt really a "hotel", it looked more like a guesthouse. The rooms however were better than expected. The breakfast was quite boring, not much to choose from. And it was too early.
Transportation to and from the center of London isnt bad.
This hotel is better for short stays.
