Greeted very nicely by a very helpful receptionist. Family room had been booked, very spacious but beds dreadful no quilts only blankets. Extremely uncomfortable hard beds. This is a pleasent Hotel with fairly standard amenities. There were some niggles in my room; bath tap loose, dribbling shower head, that were fixed quickly.
