Stayed a night in March 2013. The hotel we felt was in need of updating. The bedroom and en-suite were clean but tired. The heated towel rail did not work; the thermostat was wrapped in adhesive tape! We chose it because it was near Ebbsfleet International, we left feeling it was not good value for the money.
